Iditarod musher Nic Petit’s sled dog tour takes guests through his summer kennel at the upper end of Crow Creek Road in Girdwood. The tour runs through an active gold mine and finishes at the Puppy Petting Pen at Petit’s Pavilion, featuring Iditarod trophies and memorabilia. Guests learn about mushing while interacting with dogs and puppies.
