Turnagain Arm Pit BBQ is looking for all back and front of the house positions for our Indian Location! Starting May 1, we will be open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. everyday. Come be apart of our amazing journey as we climb back from the ashes.

The Alyeska Snow Classic stick has been measured! Snow accumulation on April 16, 2017 was 3.63 ft (three feet, six tenths, three hundredths). This is a significant contrast from the inaugural measurement of 8.20 feet and better than 2014’s 1.80 ft! The Alyeska Snow Classic Committee will be opening all of our canisters from participating businesses and logging guesses. Winner(s) will be announced by May 16, 2017.

The National MS Society is conducting a large cycling event called Bike MS: Hope to a Cure on May 20. In the main race, cyclists will pedal from Girdwood to Hope and back. The event is looking for volunteers throughout the Turnagain Arm region. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Cassey Leonardis at cassey.bradleyleonardis@nmss.org.
