Girdwood Runners Excel in Kesugi Ridge Traverse

The 6th Kesugi Ridge Traverse was held in Denali State Park on July 23, and four Girdwood runners did very well in the 30-mile race. John Wros won the men’s race (5:17:00), while Briana Sullivan finished 2nd in the women’s race (5:54:04).

Brian Pautzke was 4th (6:12:20) and Soren Wuerth 5th (6:14:32) in the men’s. Between both races, four Girdwood runners finished in the top five.
